​Thank you for trusting us with your property. Our goal is simple: keep your synthetic turf looking its best while providing dependable, professional service. The following terms help ensure clear expectations for both of us
Our Services
We will provide the services outlined in your proposal or service agreement. These may include mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, fertilization, weed control, irrigation checks, seasonal cleanups, or other agreed services.

Service Schedule

Services are provided on a one-time basis or on a recurring schedule unless otherwise noted.

Occasionally, weather, holidays, or equipment issues may require us to adjust your service appointment.
If we need to reschedule, we will communicate as soon as possible.

Payment

Payments are due upon receipt of our invoice unless otherwise agreed.

For recurring services, payment is due within 15 days of the completed service.

If an account becomes significantly past due, we may pause service until it is brought current.
We strive to keep billing simple and transparent. If you ever have a question, just contact us.

Site Access and Accommodations

Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on service days.

Please ensure that pet waste is cleaned up before our scheduled arrival. Pet waste cleanup is not included in our services.* We can gladly refer you to a doggy doo doo cleanup service.

Please ensure that toys, lawn furniture, and other items are removed from your turf before our scheduled arrival.
* A fee of $50 will be assessed for dog doo removal. Photos will be taken at the time of our crew's arrival.
Pricing
Our pricing is based on your goals, the size of the turf area, and the condition of the turf at the time of the estimate. If site conditions change significantly, we may discuss adjusting pricing to reflect the additional time or materials required.
We will always communicate before making changes.
Cancellation Policy
Our services can be weather dependent. For safety and quality reasons, we may reschedule services due to rain, excessive wetness, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions. We will complete your service as soon as we are able.
If you choose to cancel or postpone our services, we would appreciate as much advanced notice as possible. We schedule our resources days in advance of your appointment and therefore we request 24-hour notification. We will offer a ‘mulligan’ the first time you forget to notify us 24 hours before your appointment, but will assess a $25 dollar cancellation fee thereafter.
Property and Site Conditions
To help us protect your property:

Please inform us of any hidden irrigation lines, invisible fencing, wiring, or fragile items.

Please mark anything requiring special attention.
While we take great care, we cannot be responsible for damage to items that are hidden, unmarked, or not visible.
Concerns
If something doesn’t look right, please notify us within 48 hours. We appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

Agreement
Acceptance of our proposal, scheduling service, or payment of invoice confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
